August – May
Budget Program
Spread heating oil into automatic monthly payments from August through May. Fold the $219 annual contract into the same plan so fuel and service are one payment.

Full-service heat for Delaware County.
Oil delivery, burner service, gas heat, and air conditioning — from a second-generation family company in Morton. Most neighbors stay on the annual maintenance contract so the heat, the tank, and the after-hours call are already covered.

Oil, heat, and air — handled.
One local company for the tank, the burner, the thermostat, and the A/C. The annual contract is how most of Delco stays on the schedule — tune-up, inspection, and 24/7 emergency in one agreement.

“Best Full-Service Oil Company in Delaware County.”
We are deeply honored to be voted Best of Delco 2026 by the Daily Times. Thank you to every homeowner, neighbor, and supporter who trusted us with your comfort, safety, and heating needs. That recognition belongs to a family business that still answers the phone.
The family
Hughie started it. Danny still runs it.
Township Oil began in a small shop in Folsom. Founder Hugh “Hughie” Maginnis — a husband and father of seven — built the company with his wife Emma (“Marie”), then with their son Danny. In 2005 Danny became the second-generation owner. Like his father, he is a husband and father of five, and he still measures the business by how neighbors are treated.
Our mission has always been simple: deliver reliable service, treat customers like neighbors, and go above and beyond every time.
The annual contract
One agreement. Tune-up, tank, and 24/7.
$219 per year
Most Township Oil neighbors stay on the Annual Maintenance Contract. It keeps the burner clean, the tank inspected, and a technician on call when heat fails — without a scramble in January.
- Professional oil burner tune-up
- Heating system inspection
- Oil tank inspection
- Priority service scheduling
- 24/7 emergency service
Covered parts include the fuel pump, nozzle, and primary control. Add an A/C tune-up for $109. The contract can ride on the Budget Program so fuel and service are one monthly payment.
This season
Spread the oil bill. Pair a new heater with A/C.
Limited offer
$500 off heater + A/C
Replace both at the same time and save. Limited time only. New automatic-delivery customers can also ask about a $25 oil credit.
Service area
Delaware County, Eastern Chester County.
From our yard at 101 North Morton Ave, we deliver fuel and send technicians across the towns we grew up in. If you are unsure whether we cover your street, call — we will tell you straight.
