August – May

Budget Program

A ten-month program that estimates yearly usage and current pricing to set a monthly amount. It may be adjusted for weather or fuel cost. Stay current on payments to remain on automatic delivery. Enroll by June 1st.

Add-on

A/C Tune-Up $109

Start-up, blower, condenser coils, fan motor, standard filter, and operating pressure. Done at the pre-season tune-up. Attic systems and R-22 units may have a slightly higher charge.

New customers

$25 oil credit

New customers who sign up for the contract and automatic delivery receive a $25 credit toward their next oil delivery.

Delivery

Automatic, or will-call.

Automatic delivery tracks weather and usage so the truck arrives before you are low. Will-call is available if you prefer to order yourself. Every delivery has a 125-gallon minimum. Today’s oil price is subject to change at any time due to cost fluctuations — call for the current gallon price.

Pricing philosophy

No cap rates.

Some companies sell a price cap when the market is already high. Those programs can include fees, gallon minimums, and limits on whether you benefit if prices drop. We deliver at the lowest cost available to us at the time of delivery.

Questions

When does the Budget Program run?
Monthly payments run from August through May. Enrolling before the heating season lets us estimate yearly usage and average the cost into a predictable amount.
Do you offer cap rates?
No. Township Oil does not offer cap-rate pricing. We deliver at the lowest possible heating oil cost available to us at the time of delivery — no lock-in, no fees buried in a cap program.
What is the delivery minimum?
All oil deliveries — automatic and will-call — have a 125-gallon minimum.
Can I put the service contract on the budget plan?
Yes. The Annual Maintenance Contract ($219/year) can be included in the Budget Program so you are not paying for fuel and service in a lump.
Is the $25 oil credit still available?
New customers can ask about a $25 oil credit with automatic delivery, and in some promotions with an annual maintenance contract. Offers change — call for current eligibility.
